**Non-Returnable Situations:**
We sincerely apologize that we are unable to process return, exchange, or refund requests due to personal reasons (such as a change of preference, finding a lower price, or incorrect choice of size/color).

**Special Notes:**
Even for orders within the European Union, we are unable to apply the 14-day no-reason return policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. All after-sales requests will be handled according to the above process for quality or shipping errors.
