Will the extraction result be the same as an original Vertuo pod? Will it affect drema?
Results are very close. Since you control the grind size and coffee amount, flavor can be adjusted stronger or lighter. With proper filling and sealing, crema performance remains rich and similar to standard capsules.
Is High-temperature extraction safe?
Yes. Capmesso uses food-grade, BPA-free materials designed to withstand Vertuo’s high temperature and high-speed centrifusion process. With normal cleaning and maintenance, they are safe to use long-term.

How I correctly fill the coffee grounds? What is the recommended fill size?
Recommended filling amount:
Approximately 2/3 full (usually 8–10 grams).Simply level it gently; no need to press down.
Too much grounds will cause clogging or slow extraction; too little will result in a weak flavor.
What are some recommendations for grind size?
We recommend using a medium grind, similar to granulated sugar.
● Too fine → Easily clogs, slow flow
● Too coarse → Insufficient flavor, uneven extraction
How I clean It after use?
When using the K-Cup alone:
- Discard the coffee grounds.
- Rinse the filter with warm water.
- Clean the details with a soft brush (Capmesso kits usually include a brush).
- Allow to dry completely before use.
The stainless steel version is more durable and easier to clean.
When using with disposable filter paper:
No cleaning required. Just replace the filter paper!
Will using a reusable K-Cup affect the strength or flavor of the coffee?
Overall extraction stability depends on the filling method.
