- use an used vertuo pod, remove the foils and clean it out
- fill with dark roast with a medium fine grinds,
- lightly press down grounds,leave 0.3 inch space between grounds and lids.
- press the cap firmly and evenly onto the top of the capsule.
- insert into machine and brew!
