Please Remind that our pod can hold about 4 grams which is the same as other stainless steel pods in market but smaller than Original ones.

After long term testing,we found and needed to design shorted in height to avoid damaging the blade of the machine. So it is the biggest volume that stainless steel design can afford. Try this insert way: You just have to tip the bottom of the pod down in first, with the lid angled up,then press the lever down.
